Ingredients

Seafood (fish, squid, prawns)

Tri colour capsicum

Onion

Tomato

Celery

Leeks

Lettuce

Garlic.

Rosemary

Preparation


Cook the seafood gently. Cut all the above vegetables into cubes. Mix all the above with salt, pepper, rosemary, olive oil. Garnish with parsley, lettuce.
