Choose from designer wear from across India at Fashion Fiesta

Span Events organises ‘Fashion Fiesta’, showcasing the collection of designers from across India. The day-long event will be held on July 8 (today) at Hotel Chola Sheraton, between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Some of the participating designers are ‘Molly designs’ from Mumbai, who will bring in its airy cotton kurtis, bright and vibrant Patialas and other summer casual and ethnic wear, and ‘Profile’ from Kolkata, known for its salwars.
Vani Goenka will make her debut in Chennai with exclusive table mats and runners. Other things to look forward to are salwars from ‘Aadya’, jewellery from ‘Shrians’ and Jaipur-based Sunil Jeweller, and creations from ‘Apara..…s” from Bangalore. Chennai’s own designers and brands will also take part.

Painting Chennai
Rentokil pest control services will conduct a painting competition for school children between the ages of 10 and 14. ‘My Clean Chennai’ will be the theme, and it will be a platform for children to showcase their vision for Chennai. Schools across the city are invited to send their students. Winners get to take back a free pest control service for their school.
