Freedom of choice

Parents must allow their wards to choose their career. There is a saying that ‘for a competent person even a blade of grass is a weapon,’ So parents should not worry if their wards want to go against run- of-the-mill jobs and show signs of survival and excellence in their favourite field. They must acquaint themselves with the basics of the course they crave for and be aware of prospects and current trends before taking up the course. To shine they must get to the bottom of things and have a penchant for innovation backed by perseverance and diplomacy.
