Jaane Tu...Ya Jaane Na


Even if you are out of college and not the romantic kind, you may enjoy the chemistry between Bollywood’s new chocolate hero Imran Khan and the bubbly girl Genelia. With a believable storyline, natural performances and peppy music, the film is scorching the box-office. Directed by Abbas Tyrewala and produced by Aamir Khan, the film boasts of supporting cast such as Ratna Pathak Shah, Naseeruddin Shah and Paresh Rawal.

Gopalakrishna Pillai (Mohanlal) is a moneylender with a difference. He lends money at low rates but is adamant he gets the money back on the stipulated date.

He also runs a tuition centre too. The twist in the tale happens when a bank opens in the village. The manager of the bank is Jayalakshmi (Kavya Madhavan). But she has a very definite purpose. It develops towards a very interesting climax.

A hard-living superhero John Hancock (Will Smith) who has fallen out of favour with the public enters into a questionable relationship with the wife (Charlize Theron) of the public relations professional (Jason Bateman) who’s trying to repair his image. The star cast includes Will Smith, Charlize Theron and Jason Bateman in the lead.
