QUICK FIX

Steamed Fish Fillets Fredric

Portion for one

Ingredients

Fish Fillet 200 gms

Lime juice 20 ml

Coriander Fresh (chopped) 1 tbsp

Grain mustard 1 tbsp

Salt to taste

Black pepper powder a pinch

Drained yoghurt 100 gms

Lime juice 10 ml

Garlic chopped 1 teaspoon

Parsley 1 teaspoon

Salt to taste

Sugar to taste

Method

Marinate fish with lime juice, grain mustard, chopped coriander, salt and pepper. Steam fish for 4-5 minutes. Prepare sauce by mixing yoghurt, lime juice, garlic, parsley and season.


Place fish on a bed of sauce and serve with potatoes and vegetables. You will love its different taste and ask for more.
