Spicy fish bake

Ingredients

Fish

Ginger

Green chilli

Garlic

Butter

Milk

Fish stock

Salt

Pepper powder

Oil

Preparation

Boil the fish and make into small pieces. Heat the pan, add oil, add garlic, ginger, green chilli and sauté well. add pepper powder to that. Add the fish, sauté well, and keep it aside. In another vessel add butter, maida and sauté well. Then add milk and fish stock and mix well. Finally add the sautéed fish to this and mix it well.


Place it in a pie dish and place some grated cheese on the top. Place it on the salamander until the cheese turns little brown. Serve hot.
