This is fish to dive for or even die for, simply outstanding. Deboned and grilled the fish has a smokey flavour of roasted spices. Its lemony white, firm flesh gets imbued by the ‘naadan’ flavours of curry leaves, ginger, garlic and shallots, but never sautéing out the taste of the fish. It’s a blend that’s just perfect. Fish and fresh flavour.

The fish looks intact on the plate, its wholesome form filled cleverly with spices that rise through it.

Absolutely stunning in presentation and simply appetising!
