Bubble in the Rain

Rains bring a different flavour to life. So celebrating the rain in style is the food festival, ‘Bubble in the Rain’, at The Taj Residency. And going by grandma tales one is always hungry in the rains, so at the festival there’s a variety of food to feast on.

There’s the chaat counter , the Punjabi food counter along with the hearty meats from the region. There’s stir-fry and grills, the naadan thattu kada with its ever popular beef fry and parotta. The curry stations offer you a range of vegetarian and non vegetarian curries, the oriental counter has the irresistible flavours of the East. The Rice station has pulaos and biriyani from all over and finally the desserts counter. The festival concludes July 27.
