For designing, styling, fashion choreography, event
management.where do I turn for inspiration and ideas. Of
course, Nature. The sea, the mountains, the trees, the
fields.can give you valuable tips on colours and patterns.
So, I am always in the air! I mean flying from one picturesque
location to another. The best perk of my profession.
Awe-struck in the Andamans
I went to these gorgeous islands to coordinate a show
and was literally shell-shocked (you can see sparkling
corals and shells all around). Why would I ever rave about
beaches in Spain or elsewhere in the world? In the Andamans,
you feel as if a painter is at work - the wide expanse
of water is in three shades. I remember running on the
stunning Kala Patthar beach like an excited kid with my
friends.
Many favourites
Goa, the backwaters of Kerala, Thailand and London are
some of the destinations I can never tire going to. Colourful
and vibrant - that's Goa, the land of beaches while
Alapuzha in Kerala is a place to be to enjoy Nature at its
pristine best.
Travel.
I just returned from Pollachi (a wild-life enthusiast, he
goes click, click in the forests there) and packing to leave
for Tirunelveli. It's travel and more travel. Yet, I return to
sweet home refreshed and recharged. That's what people,
places and Nature's beauty do to you.
