An all-women group trip to South Africa



Go wild The Table Top Mountain

WOW, Women on Wanderlust, the all-women travel club, has opened bookings for an upcoming trips to spectacular South Africa.

The South Africa trip is for eight days and includes trips to Cape Town, Garden Route, Hermannus and Entabeni Game Reserve. The trip starts on September 21 ex Mumbai.

Connect with your flight from Johannesburg to George and transfer to the Wilderness Beach Hotel that is set in one of South Africa’s most scenic areas, right in the heart of the Garden Route overlooking the beautiful beaches and Indian Ocean.

Set against a backdrop of majestic mountains, it is the perfect place to unwind from a long journey. There is a wine and cheese binge before dinner and an overnight stay at the Wilderness Beach Hotel.

After breakfast transfer to Oudtshoorn and visit the Cango Caves, regarded as one of South Africa’s most spectacular natural wonders, followed by a visit to the Ostrich Farm.

Later in the afternoon drive to Hermanus built along the shores of Walker Bay. The town is home to the Southern Right Whale. It is also possible to do a shark cage dive here at an additional cost. After an overnight stay at the Windsor Hotel and a day to yourself transfer to Cape Town and visit Stellenbosch along the way for wine tasting. Continue onto Cape Town with Table Mountain behind you and Robbyn Island before you.

Visit the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve and Seal Island. From here the trip includes a drive along the Indian Ocean coastline, and a visit to Boulders Beach, where you can sit among Jackass Penguins.

Arrive at the Entabeni Game Reserve situated on more than 12,000 hectares of beautiful scenery and vegetation, comprising the veldts, unspoilt ravines and wooded hillsides.

Stay overnight at the Wild Song Lodge. Go for a game drive the next day and the morning after head home.

Package cost per person on twin share is Rs. 1,30,000. Single occupancy surcharge is Rs. 20,000.
