Who is to be blamed?

Is it the people who are holding the reins of the government, the opposition party members, the scarce rainfall or the end users of electricity, to be blamed for the power cuts?

The government should effectively regulate the misuse of power and strictly prohibit the illegal power deals with the industries. By doing so they can reduce the power cut duration. Citizens can also contribute by regulating its usage, especially during peak hours.

The opposition members must see if the regulations are followed in the power deals. The shortfall of rains is not in our hands, so keeping that in mind it’s our duty to protect, preserve and utilise power effectively, as it is our asset.
