Creeper” crept into your conscience slowly, starting as a light-hearted comedy and moving on to conflict and then confession.
The rip roaring performance, interspersed with jokes, and a fight to start narrating a story soon got transposed to a magical chest of stories, that poignantly and aptly revealed the dilemmas of urban middle-class life filled with stress, identity crisis and conflict.
Yet, somewhere the sutradhar lost the string that connected it all. From nostalgia to digital living to an intimate scene on the terrace, it managed to confuse and capsule the audience with some metaphorical realities.
“What will happen to my email-id when I die” — a real question in a virtual world, the actors left a lasting impression through their impeccable dramatisation of Orkut, blogs, messenger, lost photos and memories. Had the director transitioned the scenes well, it could have been a compelling story keeping the audience enraptured till the end.
