Saluting new talent

Ekta Mission brings budding talent under the spotlight

Ekta Mission recently organised the grand finale of “Sitaron ki Khoj” at Siri Fort auditorium.

The basic motive behind this show was to recognise talented singers. The programme opened with the lighting of the lamp by Narendra Chanchal and Jaspinder Narula.

Ekta Misson also paid tribute to Ishmeet Singh.

Many famous old songs were sung by the contestants, and dancers performed to them. Nadeem and Rajni won the title and were awarded gold medals.

The winners will be given a chance to start their music career through an album launched by the Ekta Mission.

Jaspinder and her brother Micky Narula presented “Lekar Hum Deewana Dil…” and “Pyaar to Hona Hi Tha…” and Richa Sharma presented “Kacche Dhaage...” and “Billo Raani”.

Jaspinder also congratulated Sanjay Malik for his good work and for giving youngsters a platform to show their talent.

Malik said, “Our effort was to provide the right platform to these highly talented artistes and we are happy that we got the support and appreciation from people and celebrities.”

The show ended with the presentation of Ekta Mission Awards to people for their contribution in different fields.
