Film stars in politics or politicians with film background is no longer hot news. Rather, it is an old trend. Politics which is also a form of serving humanity requires three essentials – money, influence among people and leadership qualities. For a filmstar, the first two come easily. If they use their status in the right way by leading the people on to the right path and making them aware of all societal ills, undoubtedly our nation will be on a fast track of development.
