Hands on Get an experience of life in the wild at the camp
This summer, children will get a chance to learn a little about wildlife, understand animals, pick up skills in wildlife documentary film making and nature photography at the Hunsur farm camp. The campers will stay on the banks of a perennial lake and learn through experience. Building hides, creating platforms, learning about light and lenses and understanding more about wildlife will also be included in this programme. The camp will be held from April 7 to 13.
The faculty for this programme comprises of film makers who have worked with the National Geographic channel and BBC, professional wildlife photographers, film editors and artists. They will share their skills and experience through activities designed to target the different aspects of nature photography and film making. The children will also learn concepts like framing, story boarding, set building etc. The programme will admit 60 children, who would be divided into three groups, based on their age.
