This wafer-thin cookie is Bread Factory’s twist on the regular chocolate cookie. Borrowing from the concept of the black forest cake, this one is made of four types of chocolate namely white, milk, dark and chocolate chip. Powdered almond and cashews are mixed into the batter of self-raising flour, chocolate and eggs to give a richer texture. Perfect with a glass of milk.
