Chicken cutlet

Best Bakery, ChakkaCooked shreds of cutlet are mixed with mashed potatoes, shredded green chillies and a dash of pepper, salt and spices. The mixture in then divided, and shaped, into oblong patties that are then dipped in an egg mix, rolled in breadcrumbs and fried. A perfect bite for tea, the chicken cutlets are quite popular amongst customers and sell like hot cakes. One good thing about the cutlets here is that it has more of chicken than potato.
