INGREDIENTS:
Green peas fresh -200 gm
American sweet corn -100
gm
Roasted Bengal gram dal
- 80 gm
Green chilly (chopped) - 4
nos
Ginger (chopped) -1 table
spoon
Onion (chopped) -1
Coriander (chopped) -2
spring
Asofetida power to taste
Refined oil - For frying
Salt to taste
METHOD:
Grind the green peas, American corn, roasted Bengal gram dal and coriander leaves together without adding water and makes a fine paste.
Mix the chopped Green chilly, ginger, onion, asafoetida power, salt to the paste and mix well.
Make small balls to prepare patties and deep fry in the oil.
Sweet chilly sauce chilly is served as an accompaniment.
