Calamari fritters

INGREDIENTS:
Calamari: 250 gms
Egg: 1 no.
Maida: 50 gm
Corn flour: 50 gm
Lemon: 2 nos.
White pepper powder: 1 teaspoon
Garlic: 2 cloves
Green chilly: 5 nos.
Salt: to taste
Sugar:little amount
Thyme: half teaspoon
Refined oil: 500ml.
METHOD:
Clean and wash calamari and slice it.
Make a batter with flour and water.
Add chopped garlic, coriander leaves, green chilly and lemon juice.
Heat oil in a pan and fry calamari till it turns brown in colour.
Drain and serve hot with garlic sauce.
