CHICKEN KOFTA CURRY

Boneless chicken pieces, chopped ginger, garlic, onion are made into a paste from which small balls are made and deep fried.

Chopped onion, tomato, green chilli, coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala are together sautéd in a pan. Water is added and cooked well to make gravy.

The fried balls are then put in the gravy and cashew nut paste is added. Chicken Kofta Curry is moderately spicy and goes perfectly well as a side dish with chapati and parotta.
