INGREDIENTS:
Paneer : 250 gms
Onion: 50 gms
Garlic: 50 gms
Green chilly: 1 no
Maida: 75 gms
Corn flour: 50 gms
Egg: 1 no
Salt: to taste
Refined oil: 300 ml
Coriander leaves: a
pinch
Ginger-garlic paste: 1
tsp
Lemon: half piece
METHOD:
Cut the paneer into finger shape pieces and marinate them in lime juice, ginger garlic paste. Meanwhile prepare a batter with maida, corn flour and egg. Now dip the marinated paneer into the batter topped with chopped onion, garlic, coriander and green chilly. Deep fry the paneer and serve hot. Garnish the dish with lime wedge, coriander leaves and ring onion.
