Honeymoon chicken
CHEF ASHOK KARMOKAR
INGREDIENTS:
Boneless chicken : 200gm
Honey : 50gm
Garlic : One tablespoon
Chopped Ginger : One tablespoon
Chopped Big onions : Two nos.
Oil : 50gm
White pepper powder: 1 tablespoon
Cherry fruit : 10 Nos.
Salt To taste
Oyster sauce: 2 tablespoon
METHOD:
Chop the onion and fry in a pan till it turns brown in colour.
Add garlic and ginger and fry further for a few minutes more.
Next add the chicken with little water and boil till it becomes dry.
Now add white pepper, honey, Oyster sauce and salt (to taste) and Honeymoon chicken is ready to be served.
Garnish with cherry fruits.
