This is one fearful ride! A family moves into an apartment, 13 B. Only to discover after a while that the television set at home beams a serial (the cast of which were murdered ages ago) meant just for their eyes. Creepy enough? There’s more, such as a lift that works for all except the protagonist, in this thriller starring Madhavan and Neetu Chandra, among others.

A righteous heiress of a royal family (Jejamma aka Arundhati, played by Anushka) vanquishes her lecherous brother-in-law Pashupathi (Sonu Sood) and buries him alive. His spirit waits to extract revenge and resurfaces decades later when a descendant of the family named Arundhati (Anushka again) visits the family fort before her wedding. Will she win over the evil spirit? Find out in this dubbed flick.

The remake of the Hindi hit "Yes Boss", this film has been in the making for a long time.

Selvaa is the director and Srikanth Deva the music director.

Madhavan plays Guru, an ambitious young man who is willing to do anything to keep his boss (Abbas) happy. Till he falls for a beautiful girl, played by Mamta Mohandas. Sadly for him, his boss also takes a fancy to her.
