The party season in the city seems to have shifted to high gear with the biggies of the Deejaying circuit suddenly making a beeline for the city. After Dj Aqeel setting in the groove at The Park Hotel lawns, it was the time for Nikhil Chinapa to set afire the dance floor at the hotel.

A veteran in the entertainment industry, Nikhil Chinapa is also projected as the youth icon by India’s most popular youth entertainment channel MTv. His tryst with the entertainment industry started when he joined Madras FM as a radio jockey, where he earned the pet name “flavour boy” and a big fan following. A subsequent MTV talent search picked him up out of 7,000 aspirants and that kick started his career as a presenter on MTV India. During his travels with the channel, he started trawling clubs and dance-floors across South-east Asia, Europe and UK. Today, he hosts MTv India shows like MTv Select, MTv Chillout (India), MTv Super Select, MTv Discover n Download and MTv Splitsvilla- 2.
