Cut paneer into juliennes. Prepare seedless juliennes of capsicum.

Heat butter and temper with cumin seeds and powdered masala. Fry onion, carrot, potatoes and capsicum for a while. Add deep fried juliennes of paneer and cook till the gravy is tender. Serve hot garnished with chopped green chilli and coriander leaves.
