Fish and chips

INGREDIENTS:
Fish boneless: 250gms
Onion: 2 Nos
Oil: 50gms
Ginger chopped: 10gms
Garlic chopped: 10gms
Butter: 10gms
White pepper powder:
1 tablespoon
Finger chips
Hot garlic sauce
METHOD:
Butter, salt and white pepper powder are added to the boneless fish and kept in a bowl.
Chopped onion is fried in a pan till it turns brown in colour.
Executive Chef S. Mohanraj has more than two decades of experience in the industry. A specialist in Tandoori, Chinese and Continental dishes, he has been with Hotel Gajapria, Tiruchi for the past 14years.
Ginger and garlic are added and fried for few more minutes.
The mix along with boneless fish are then simmered for sometime.
Hot garlic sauce and salt to taste are added and served along with finger chips.
