Pepper shrimp ball

Ingredients
Minced shrimps: 200 gm
Onion chopped: 60 gm
Garlic chopped: 20 gm
Ginger chopped:20 gm
Green chilly chopped:25 gm
Celery chopped: 15 gm
Carrot shredded: 20 gm
Beans shredded: 15 gm
Baby corn shredded: 15 gm
Broccoli (into small size): 20 gm
Sprint onion julienne: 10 gm
Leeks julienne: 10 gm
Egg: 1
Corn flour: 30 gm
Refined flour: 30 gm
Crushed black pepper: 30 gm
Oil: 150 ml
Tomato sauce: 30 ml
Soya sauce: 15 ml
Chilly paste: 20 gm
Salt and sugar to taste
Method :
To make shrimp ball, mince shrimps, 20 gm onion, 10 gm of garlic, ginger and chilly. Add corn flour, refined flour, egg, salt, crushed black pepper and 15 ml Soya sauce. Make round balls. Deep fry in refined oil and keep aside.
Heat oil, sauté the balance chopped ginger, garlic, onion, green chilly and celery, till it is browned.

Add chilly paste, tomato sauce, Soya sauce, crushed black pepper salt, sugar to taste, little stock and all the vegetables. Toss well.
Serve garnished with shredded spring onion and leeks.
