Unspoilt charm

Now Leisure Hotels has come up with a resort in Ranikhet. Called The Xanadu Resort, it is designed as a blend of colonial splendour and modern architecture. The 21-room resort is set on a hillock in the midst of oak, pine and cedar forests, and comma nds a great view of the snow-capped Himalayan peaks. It is located in the village of Majkhali, just outside the cantonment.

The package for a couple for two nights and three days ranges from Rs. 9,999 to Rs. 10,999 (including breakfast and dinner), and is valid till July 4.
