Goan Grilled Prawns


Ingredients

Tiger Prawns: 5

Garlic paste: 2 tsp

Lemon juice: 3 tsp

Chopped green chilli: 3

Chopped coriander leaves: one bunch

Salt: to taste

Pepper powder: 1 tsp

Butter: 4 tsp

Method

Clean the tiger prawns and marinate it with garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, pepper powder, chopped green chilli and chopped coriander.

Keep aside for 15 minutes. Then grill the prawns in a grill or a hot plate. Put a little butter on top and garnish with coriander leaves and green chillies.

Serve with French fries and lemon butter sauce.
