HARSHIKAA UDASI

Here’s one talented guy we should watch out for. His name is Vijay Maurya and you probably have last seen him as the conscientious constable in last year’s “Mumbai Meri Jaan”, a film about the serial train blasts in the city. Vijay is not only a popular face in ads such as ‘Bingo Latke Jhatke’ and Inspector Lobo in ‘Chocoliebe’ but he also directs TV commercials and writes scripts for them. He has a series of movies lined up for release this year such as “Tera Kya Hoga Johny”, “Aage Se Right”, “Peter Gaya Kaam Se” and “Dubai Return”. They are not very big films to tom tom about but, having worked with directors Imtiaz Ali, Anurag Kashyap and Nagesh Kukunoor, the man is sure on a creative high.
