“The shell is a lovely thick milk chocolate that you break through with a satisfying crunch, before your teeth sink into the wonderfully smooth and cool chocolate ganache inside. Everything is so well balanced — the milk chocolate is slightly sweet and very creamy, and the ganache inside is a superb balance of dark chocolate and whipped cream. What I was so impressed with is that even with the cream, the dark chocolate bitterness comes through well, and balances out the sweetness of the shell.”
