This dish comprising Yaki Soba noodles (buckwheat noodles) egg, prawns, chicken and a lot of vegetables is a wholesome meal in itself. It is flavoured with red ginger chilli sauce and sweet soy sauce which is considered to be a mother sauce by the Indonesians, as it is used in almost every Indonesian dish. Tossing it in sesame oil lends it the unique burnt flavour. Not available in India, it is procured by the restaurant from abroad.

Price: Rs. 289 plus tax
