Highly spiced with coriander, cardamom, pepper, turmeric and cumin, this kidney gravy surely tantalizes you. Chopped onions and goat kidneys are fried in oil. Simultaneously the powdered spices are added in small quantities. To give a sour tint, freshly cut tomatoes are added and to finish coconut milk is introduced to neutralize the flavour.
