Goethe Zentrum is screening Gespenter (2005). The plot is about Françoise who keeps going to Berlin to somehow find her daughter Nina, who has been kidnapped. During her desperate search across the city, Françoise comes a cross Nina in a home for problem teenagers. The resemblance is uncanny. She has the same scar on her ankle. Christian Petzold has directed this award winning film.
