Ingredients

Refined flour: 120 gm

Rice flour: 60 gm

Milk: 250 ml

Grated coconut: 100 gm

Sugar: 100 gm

Milk maid condensed milk: 100 gm

Cashewnut: 10 gm

Raisins: 5 gm

Ghee: 20 ml

Method

In a bowl mix refined flour and rice flour with milk. Mix to a smooth batter and set aside for half an hour.

Heat a pan and add the coconut, sugar, raisins and milk. Cook until it becomes a sticky dough-like mixture and set aside. Add ghee into a heated pan and spread it. Put some batter in the and spread it lightly like pancake. Stuff the coconut raisins, sugar mixture and roll it into the above pancake.

Serve hot or cold. Garnish with nuts and condensed milk (Milk Maid).
