SIGNATURE DISH

STIR FRIED VEGETABLES WITH BLACK MUSHROOMS


Hotel Sona’s, Salai Road, Tiruchi.

Marinate black mushrooms in hot water and keep it aside. Wash the carrot, broccoli, Chinese cabbage, capsicum and onion thoroughly and dice them.

Put oil, garlic and spices in a wok. Stir-fry all the vegetables tossed with black mushroom.

It makes a good side dish for steamed rice.

Bottomline: Moderately spicy with a prominent flavour of garlic.
