Moplah delicacy


At the Moplah food fest, taste the Arab and Samarkandi influences in the food. The Arab influence on the cuisine is evident in some of its dishes like alias and biryani. Other typical Moplah dishes include pathiri, neichoru, and the sweet muttamala or egg-garland made of egg yolk.
