Antipasti platter


Rustle up an Italian starter generally called antipasti.

Ingredients

Italian bread

Foccacia fingers

Cheese- 3 varieties – camembert, Edam, Emmenthal

Cold cuts - Ham and pepperoni

Olives- Black and green



Chef Meril Aricatt, Sous Chef, Taj Malabar

Leafy salad (marinated with olive oil, salt and pepper and cherry tomato – preferably iceberg variety of lettuce)

Arrange as shown in the picture. Serve the antipasti in a form of assorted platter with an assortment of breads, salads, cold cuts and olives.
