A pear shaped body means that the upper body is smaller, while the hips and rear are large. Continue the walk, as it provides exercise to the entire body. Do some spot reducing exercises to tone down hips and rear, after consulting your doctor. Lie on your back and roll the hip to the right side. Try to touch the floor on the right side with your left foot. Do the same on the left side, touching the floor with the right foot. Lie on your right side, leaning on your elbow. Place the left hand on the floor, palm downwards, in front of your chest. Lift your left leg about 8 inches off the floor and hold it. Supporting yourself with your hips, elbow and hands, try to raise the right leg to try and touch the raised left foot. Return both legs slowly to the floor. Repeat this 5 times and then turn on your left side and repeat. You can do the following exercise for the rear, which is a common problem spot. Lie on your stomach, resting your chin on your hands. Lift up one leg at a time, without raising the hips off the floor. Hold the leg straight. Repeat 5 times with each leg.

You should check with a doctor regarding nutritional deficiency and ask if you need vitamin and mineral supplements. Weight loss can lead to nutritional deficiencies, which is one of the most common causes of hair loss. Diet is very important for the hair. Have a small bowl of sprouts daily and include fresh fruits, salads, leafy green vegetables, soyabean, curd, in your diet. You can apply a herbal hair tonic daily. Apply oil once a week the night before shampoo. If you like, you can apply pure coconut oil. Avoid head massage. If there is hair loss, the roots are already weak and massage may aggravate the problem. Using only the finger tips, actually move the scalp in small circular movements.

Check if you have dandruff, as it can lead to pimples on the shoulder and back. Since there is itching, you should consult a dermatologist, just to ensure that it is not a skin condition, or allergic reaction. Apply sandalwood paste on the eruptions. You can also make a solution of bicarbonate of soda (baking soda) and water and rinse the area with it daily. This may also relive itching.
