Tree walk

Nizhal, an NGO, regularly organises tree walks in Chennai to create awareness of its rich flora. Besides learning to identify trees, walkers can get to know interesting facts about each tree, its origin and uses.

The tree walk for the month of November will take place on November 1, at Kothari Road, Nungambakkam. The walk will start at 7 a.m and people are requested to report at the venue by 6.45 a.m. at the latest. To register, call 94452 58328.
