New Zealand lamb chop

Grapes Indo Italian Resto Bar Hotel Parkland

Safdarjang Enclave

This one is for those who find Indian lamb too tough. Here, imported New Zealand lamb is marinated for just two to three minutes in olive oil, French mustard, black pepper and/or rosemary sauce and straightaway put on a very hot grill that quickly soaks and dries the juices. It is served with French onion, ratatouille, Italian eggplant and rosemary sauce. For those who find rosemary sauce too sweetly fragranced, there is an option of mushroom sauce or red wine sauce.

The lamb is very soft and almost melts in the mouth. Price Rs.1100 plus taxes for one portion for one person
