Cashew nut curry


Ingredients

Cashew nut: 250 gm

Green peas: 250 gm

Onion: 20 gm

Garlic: 10 gm

Green chillies: 2

Curry leaves: few

Chilly powder: 10 gm

Curry powder: a pinch

Turmeric powder: a pinch

Rampa (Pandanus leaves): 1

First extract of coconut milk: 1 cup

Second extract of coconut milk: 1 cup

Salt: to taste

Method

Soak the cashew nuts for one to two hours. Mix with green peas, onion, garlic, green chillies, curry leaves, chilly powder, curry powder, turmeric powder, Pandanus leaves and the second extract of the coconut milk. Cook for 30 minutes.

Add the first extract of coconut milk. Serve hot.
