QUICK FIX - CHEF G. PANDIYARAJAN
Curry leaf fish fry
INGREDIENTS:
Sear fish: 225 gms
Curry leaves: 100 gms
Ajwain: One Tsp
Green chilli: 25 gms
Coconut oil: 75 ml
Rice flour: 50 gms
Lime juice: Few drops
Salt: To taste
METHOD:
Fry the curry leaves and green chilli and grind them together to a fine paste with Ajwain (omam). Next, mix this paste with all other ingredients mentioned and make a batter. Apply this batter on the fish and keep aside for a while.
Shallow fry the marinated fish till it turns golden brown in colour.
Serve hot and garnish with curry leaves and onion rings.
