Cause for concern

John Travolta is more than a little jumpy about his wife's double pregnancy. The Grease star is said to be stressing over the welfare of his 47-year-old wife Kelly Preston, who is expecting twins. “John and Kelly have been through so much recently that they are understandably being cautious about the whole thing,” says a source close to the Travoltas, whose 16-year-old autistic son Jet died after a seizure last year. “John is particularly nervous for his wife and their babies. He never stops fussing over Kelly and insists she has a doctor on hand 24 hours a day. Kelly is doing her best to put him at ease but it's not easy.”
