Maiden attempt Manoj KJayan who has sung in the album

Mazhanritham, an audio and video CD that's in the making has a couple of first to its credit. Sohanlal, who directed Neermathalithinte Pookkal, the critically acclaimed Orkkuka Vallappozhum has written the lyrics for this album. Remember Pradeep Spomasundaram, who made us proud when he won the honours in the national Meri Awaz Suno contest, one of the first reality shows ever here?

Well, he is turning composer with this album. He has also sung one of the nine songs in it. Nine, because it projects the navarasas of the rain. Actor Manoj K Jayan turns singer ( the first time he has recorded a full song, though he has sung on and off on stages and recorded a few lines of Raveendran Master's music earlier) with this album. The other singers are Shahabaz Aman, Gayathri, Franco and Bhavyalaksmi.
