Four to the fore

Of works of four artistes

Apparao Galleries hosts an exhibition of four artistes. Kumar Kanti Sen, Abul Kalam Azad and George. K, and John Tun Sein.

Kumar Kanti Sen's work is titled, ‘Creation, Annihilation and Eternity in between.' His current works are largely on paper.

Abul Kalam Azad and George. K's ‘Juxtaposed' is a photography exhibition by two artistes with contrasting views.

‘From the shadow lines' is a collection of works by John Tun Sein. Colours are important him, and he prefers the abstract idiom since he works on a two-dimensional surface that offers him shapes for representation.

The exhibition is on till September 30 at Apparao Galleries, 7 Wallace Gardens, Nungambakkam. For details call: 28332226
