Vivek Oberoi is back in Ram Gopal Varma's company
in this two-part biopic on Paritala Ravi. The film focuses on the rise of Ravi from a Naxalite leader to a politician.
The tri-lingual (Tamil, Telugu and English) has Vivek in the powerful title role. Shatrughan Sinha plays Ravi's mentor while Suriya plays the man responsible for his downfall.
THE OTHER GUYS
Actor Will Ferrell and director-writer Adam McKay come together for the fourth time in this comedy. Detective Allen Gamble (Will Ferrell) idolises detectives Danson (Dwayne Johnson) and Highsmith (Samuel L Johnson), who are in pursuit of a group of criminals. Allen and his partner detective Terry Hoitz (Mark Wahlberg) get a chance to prove to their officers they are not losers when Danson and Highsmith die after they jump-off a 20-storey building while chasing robbers.
HISSS
Bollywood hottie Mallika Sherawat seems to be the hot Indian actor in Hollywood too. Directed by Jennifer Lynch, ‘Hisss' focusses more on Mallika's body. She plays a venom spewing naagin, who throughout the film is out to seek revenge. Some of the scenes are extremely gruesome and are not recommended for the weak-hearted.
