HARSHIKAA UDASI

Pricey illness

Sonam Kapoor was ill and hospitalised last week. The good news is she's back home. But it is Pankaj Kapur who is running a temperature. Reason? Sonam is being the good daddy's girl and staying at home under papa's instructions while a set of Pankaj's “Mausam” that reportedly costs Rs. 1.5 crore is being dismantled. After Sonam gets back on her feet, raising the sets again will cost almost the same sum!

A Khan favourite

Giselli Monteiro, who made her debut as the shy Harleen Kaur in Saif Ali's home production “Love Aaj Kal”, seems to have caught the fancy of another big Khan. It's none other than Shah Rukh Khan now as the Brazilian model acts in her second film, “Always Kabhi Kabhi”, under SRK's banner. The lady is super excited to act in the film which deals with the relationship of high school students with their parents and is Roshan Ali Abbas' directorial debut.

Jamming away

Pallavi Joshi, who had made a fabulous television debut many moons ago with her serial “Mrignayani” and acted in films too, has decided to make a comeback to the silver screen with her husband's film “Buddha in a Traffic Jam”. Vivek Agnihotri's film is already in the news for being part-produced by the ISB alumni. Pallavi is making her comeback after 12 years and says that the unit hands were confused why she had a grin plastered on her face 24x7. “It was the joy of returning to cinema,” said the actor.
