Try these moves for a muscular back

FOR YOUR BACK Cable Cobra (start position, left) and (finish position, right)

Method

Stand between a crossover machine and hold a D-handle with each hand, arms stretched.

The start position will look like you are going to do a biceps exercise.

Slightly bend your elbows and draw your arms close to the waist.

Squeeze the back hard for a couple of seconds and return to the start position.

Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions.

Avoid

Rounding the back.

Extremely heavy weights.

Straining the neck and trapezius.

Jerky movements.

Muscles targeted

Trains the latissimus dorsi.

Also hits the teres major, teres minor muscles in the back.

Those who wish to develop a muscular back.
