Master cooking in a six-day workshop
|
Frozen Lemons presents ‘Sizzling Hut', a six-day cookery workshop featuring top chefs, from July 4 to 9, 12.30 p.m. to 4 p.m. Watch the masters at work, and learn from them too. Among the celebrity chefs are Hyderbad-based Smita Dugar (July 4 and 5), ‘Master Chef India' finalist, and Pune-based chef Pradeep Shetty of Little Italy (July 8 and 9), who will demonstrate Italian and Mexican cooking.
Chennai-based Dadha's Chocolates' workshop (July 6 and 7) will teach you all about desserts and puddings. Learn to make chocolate pizza, chocolate puran poli, chocolate subzi, and more.
Each workshop costs Rs. 1,500. A season plan for all six days is priced at Rs. 3,500.
